Returns & Exchange
At Bronte Woods, we accept returns within 5 days of purchase.
1- must be in its original state, unmarked, unworn and with labels still on
2- returned to our UAE address (address to be supplied)
3- clearly labelled with your purchase number / invoice & your full details.
4- your return must be received within 5 days. The cost of return will be carried by the purchaser.
5- if the return is received and does not meet the above criteria, we have the right to refuse the requested return.
6- Please allow up to 7-14 business days for a refund to reflect in your account.
Custom Orders
The ability to return does not apply to custom purchases, custom orders of any kind.
Sale Items
During sale events and promotions, these items are considered as sale items and will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Exchanging a product?
If you want to exchange a product, follow the return process described above and then place a new order, through the website, for the product you wish to have replaced in your original order.
